Repair warranty

Unless a written estimate or invoice states otherwise, eligible parts and labour supplied by Heating Experts are covered for one year from the completed repair date. A different manufacturer or project warranty may apply when stated in writing.

Conditions

  • The warranty applies only to the specific supplied parts and completed labour.
  • Required maintenance, water quality, combustion condition, venting, drainage, power quality, and related system defects must be maintained or corrected.
  • Damage from freezing, flooding, contamination, misuse, alteration, another contractor, power events, unrelated failure, or ignored recommendations is not covered.
  • Customer-supplied parts are not covered as supplied components, and labour coverage must be stated in writing.
  • Access, permits, third-party work, and building restoration are outside the repair warranty unless included in writing.

Repair-first standard

A warranty is strongest when the underlying cause has been addressed. Heating Experts may recommend maintenance, flushing, water treatment, venting correction, drainage correction, electrical work, or related repairs as a condition of reliable operation.

Written documents control. The approved estimate, invoice, manufacturer warranty, and job-specific conditions take priority over this general website summary.
