Combustion Analysis Service
Digital combustion analysis helps verify how a gas-fired appliance is actually burning and venting after diagnosis, maintenance, or gas-train work.
What readings help evaluate
Depending on the appliance and manufacturer procedure, analysis may include oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, flue temperature, draft or pressure, excess air, and calculated efficiency.
Readings need context
Numbers are interpreted against the exact appliance, firing rate, fuel, installation, and manufacturer specifications. A single generic target does not fit every boiler or heater.
Test after corrective work
Combustion should be verified after work that can affect the burner, gas valve, air path, venting, heat exchanger, or control setup.
What to send before the visit
- Clear photo of the rating plate and model number
- Photo or exact wording of any error code
- Whether the issue affects space heating, hot water, or both
- When the problem started and whether a reset temporarily restores operation
- Your city and preferred service timing
