How it is used

Information is used to respond to service requests, create customer and job records in Mazgan CRM, communicate about the request, schedule work, maintain service history, prevent abuse, and improve website performance.

Service providers

The website may use Netlify for hosting and forms, Mazgan CRM with Firebase for customer and job records, Twilio for messaging and calling, and an AI provider through the Home Service Agent when the assistant is used. Each provider processes data according to its own service terms and security controls.

Retention and choices

Business records may be retained as required for service, warranty, accounting, safety, and legal purposes. To request access or correction, contact Heating Experts using the business phone or service-request form displayed on the website.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send payment-card details, government identification, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information through a service form or chat.
