Do you repair instead of pushing replacement?
Yes. We test first. Replacement is discussed only after the system condition, safety, combustion, controls, venting, and repair economics are understood.
Do you use OEM parts?
Yes. YKT Inc. uses genuine OEM parts through authorized factory distributors. We do not install cheap generic marketplace parts on boilers, water heaters, or gas pool heaters.
What do you check during diagnostics?
We check the mechanical cause of the failure. Depending on the equipment, that includes gas pressure, flame signal, ignition, NTC thermistors, water pressure, flow, venting, condensate, combustion readings, controls, safety limits, and pumps.
