Professional certified same-day emergency service
Rheem Water Heater and Boiler Service
Rheem gas-fired heating service for water heaters, pool heating platforms, gas controls, sensors, and burner systems. Service is performed by Heating Experts, operated by YKT Inc., with repair-first diagnostics and genuine OEM parts sourced through authorized factory distributors.
Certified technical diagnosis
We test the system before recommending parts.
Rheem equipment needs proper troubleshooting, not guessing. We check the ignition sequence, gas pressure, flame signal, grounding, wiring, sensors, safety limits, venting, water flow, condensate drainage, and combustion readings where applicable.
For high-efficiency boilers, commercial water heaters, pool heaters, and gas-fired mechanical equipment, the wrong part or wrong setup creates repeat failures. Heating Experts uses OEM parts whenever available and verifies operation after the repair.

OEM parts only
No cheap marketplace parts.
Heating Experts does not install generic off-brand parts from online marketplaces on gas-fired heating equipment. Sensors, flame rods, igniters, gas valves, pressure switches, control boards, gaskets, and safety parts must match the manufacturer specification.
Why it matters
Modern equipment depends on resistance curves, flame rectification readings, pressure switch timing, control logic, and exact fitment. The wrong part creates nuisance lockouts, unsafe operation, and premature failure.
Questions customers ask
Rheem service questions.
Do you offer same-day emergency service?
Yes. Heating Experts provides professional certified same-day emergency service when schedule and parts availability allow. Gas safety issues, ignition lockouts, no heat, no hot water, and pool heater failures get priority.
Should I reset the unit if it locks out?
One reset is reasonable if there is no smell of gas, water leak, rollout condition, or visible damage. Repeated resets are not a repair. The failed circuit needs proper testing.
Do you replace the whole unit right away?
No. We diagnose first. Replacement is only discussed after testing confirms the system is unsafe, unreliable, unavailable for OEM repair, or not worth rebuilding.
Do you work across York Region and the GTA?
Yes. Heating Experts services Newmarket, Aurora, King City, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, East Gwillimbury, York Region, Toronto, and surrounding GTA communities.
